Let the good time roll before the lent season, as the Easley Hospital Foundation hosts the 13th Annual Gala, entitled “A Mardi Gras Celebration”Gala, Saturday, February 9, 2013, at the Poinsett Club in Greenville. This year’s event is sponsored by Carolina Cardiology Consultants. The black-tie optional event for 300 guests will feature masks, beads, a roving New Orleans street show, along with a Cajun Reception, a seated New Orleans-style dinner, with dancing to close out the evening by Second Nature from Camden, SC.
During the reception prior to dinner, the Foundation will be recognizing our hospital’s CEO Roddey Gettys, retiring after 43 years of service to Baptist Easley. In addition, we will be conducting a live auction with five outstanding items. Also, items donated by area businesses and individuals will be available to purchase through balloon sales of $25, $50 and $100 each…balloons will have slips of paper inside of in-kind items donated by area businesses for this event. The goal of the entire evening is to raise funds to support Baptist Easley Hospital.
The Foundation asks that you consider being a sponsor of “A Mardi Gras Celebration”Gala, in one of the following categories:
Gold Sponsor Level - $5,000, includes reserved seating for 20 guests at the Gala, your name displayed on all Gala ’13 publicity and invitation, public recognition as an Event Sponsor, a letter on your stationery in the dinner program, and prominent recognition in the newspaper advertisement following the event.
Reception Sponsor - $4,000, includes reserved seating for 10 guests at the Gala, your logo displayed on signage at the Cajun Reception, public recognition as the Reception Sponsor, your name prominently displayed in the dinner program and in the newspaper advertisement following the event.
Green Sponsor- $3,000includes reserved seating for 10 guests at the event, public recognition as a Table Sponsor, your name prominently displayed in the dinner program and in the newspaper advertisement following the event.
Purple Sponsor - $1,500includes 6 guests to the event, public recognition as a Half Table Sponsor, your name prominently displayed in the dinner program and in the newspaper advertisement following the event.
Individual tickets to event - $150 per person.
